Convenient Mixer Drop-Off

For your convenience, we have a drop-off bin located next to our door for mixer service and repairs.

Before dropping off your mixer, please attach a piece of tape or a tag with your name and cell phone number clearly written on it. This helps us quickly identify your mixer and contact you once we've had a chance to evaluate it.

Please include the mixer bowl and paddle/beater whenever possible. Having these items allows us to properly adjust, test, and verify the mixer before returning it to you.

Please call or text 315-558-1398 to notifty us that you will dropping your mixer off and let us know what services you require or if your mixer is experiencing issues. 

Once your mixer has been dropped off, we'll take it from there!
